Performance Optimisation Manager – Bengaluru

About the role

As a Performance Optimisation Manager you will drive strategy, optimisation and performance operations for key advertising customers of global scale. You will work closely with analysts and account managers to solve unsolved problems in mobile app content discovery, acquisition and ranking. The role offers daily interaction with both technical and non‑technical team members and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage traffic acquisition and re‑engagement app‑based campaigns across usage and query‑based digital inventory, providing feedback on forward revenue potential.
• Partner with Account Managers to deliver high‑performance outcomes for key advertisers.
• Design and execute tests across various optimisation strategies for customers.
• Lead projects that increase performance, revenue and operational efficiency.
• Debug campaign flighting issues amid continuous product feature rollouts.
• Perform daily optimisations and improvements to advertiser campaigns.
• Analyse and report performance metrics to advertisers and internal teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in mobile marketing or user acquisition.
• Strong analytical skills with full proficiency in Excel/Sheets and SQL.
• Excellent organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
• Experience with Looker or other database‑querying tools.
• Hands‑on experience running mobile acquisition campaigns.
• Comfortable working in startup environments and with new products.
