Performance Marketing Manager – Digital Business

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Manager to own the development and execution of data‑driven marketing strategies for SonyLIV. The role focuses on driving subscriptions and viewership growth through multi‑channel campaigns and continuous optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse historical brand and content performance to uncover scalable opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and publisher data from platforms such as Google, Facebook and emerging channels.
• Design and execute multi‑channel performance campaigns (Google, Meta, affiliates, programmatic) using a test‑and‑learn approach.
• Own the full marketing funnel, tracking, analysing and optimising campaigns in real‑time to maximise ROAS and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless plan execution.
• Leverage tools like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics and Looker to generate actionable insights and iterate quickly.

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on execution.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with digital performance platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, programmatic).
• Proficiency in AppsFlyer, Google Analytics and Looker.
• Understanding of OTT and subscription‑based marketing.
