Performance Marketing Executive – Freshers (Lucknow)

About the role

We are looking for fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of experience to join our Performance Marketing team in Lucknow. You will work full‑time from our office, managing live Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google advertising campaigns for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Run lead‑generation, sales, traffic and conversion campaigns.
• Research audiences, build targeting strategies and test creatives, placements and campaign structures.
• Monitor and optimise key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA and ROAS.
• Assist with budget allocation, campaign scaling and performance reporting.
• Implement tracking using Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tags.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of experience.
• Completed Meta Ads (Meta Blueprint) and Google Ads certifications or equivalent training.
• Basic understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA and ROAS.
• Comfortable working with numbers and campaign data.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Currently residing in Lucknow and able to work onsite full‑time.
• Motivation for a long‑term career in performance marketing.
