Performance Marketer

About the role

Marudhar Chemicals is seeking a Performance Marketer to drive paid‑media strategies across Meta and Google platforms. You will work closely with the design and content teams to create high‑performing campaigns that support the company’s growth in the furniture coating market.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping, Display and Performance Max.
• Monitor performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversions, and implement optimisation tactics.
• Develop audience research and targeting strategies to maximise conversion rates.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce effective ad creatives.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Analyse campaign data and produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Track conversions using Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM and Google Ads conversion tracking.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on performance‑marketing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Experience in e‑commerce marketing and understanding of conversion funnels.
