People Operations Coordinator

About the role

The People Operations Coordinator ensures a best‑in‑class employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle, from hire to retire. Working within the People Experience & Operations team, the role drives efficient on‑ground processes, supports digitisation initiatives, and partners with HR Business Partners in Commercial Functions and Beverages.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries on policies, benefits, payroll, schedules and lifecycle processes.
• Administer learning programs, facilitate training, track completion and manage follow‑up activities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives such as Dil Se, Plant days and OHS programs, including communications and surveys.
• Lead BU digitisation agenda by identifying opportunities for workflow automation using tools like Schoox and myServices.
• Maintain confidential employee files and ensure documentation compliance for audits.
• Coordinate with Safety and Operations to track training, certifications and control adherence.
• Organise performance‑review cycles, PMP activation, and core people‑process roll‑outs for frontline staff.
• Provide logistics for HR events, rewards programs, town‑halls and learning sessions.
• Deliver general administrative support to HR leads, including reporting, data entry and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle and HR operational processes.
• Ability to handle employee inquiries and provide clear guidance.
• Experience coordinating training, engagement programs and HR events.
• Attention to detail for documentation, compliance and data management.
