People Intelligence Manager

About the role

As a People Intelligence Manager at adidas, you will lead the creation and delivery of high‑impact HR reports and dashboards. You will turn data from internal systems and external market trends into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive people reporting and analytics strategy aligned with HR COE, market, and functional goals.
• Partner with product owners, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Design visually compelling dashboards and regular HR metric updates for senior leadership.
• Support the HR lakehouse platform in Databricks and collaborate with technical teams on data architecture.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and insights for data‑driven HR decisions.
• Monitor data quality, consistency, and integrity, driving improvements through training and control measures.
• Explore emerging technologies, such as AI, to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Promote data literacy and upskilling within the HR organization while ensuring ethical data use in partnership with legal and privacy teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR analytics or people data management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across HR COEs, business units, and technical teams.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Experience driving data‑quality initiatives and fostering a data‑centric culture.
