People / HR Operations Specialist

About the role

Westernacher Consulting is looking for a People/HR Ops professional to join its growing team in India. You will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth HR processes within a leading SAP consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding and documentation.
• Support payroll processing, compliance activities and maintain accurate HR records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient HRMS operations and data management.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards and MIS using Excel.
• Drive process improvements while ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in IT/ITES or consulting firms.
• MBA in HR or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of HRMS tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Comfortable handling payroll, compliance and operational HR responsibilities.
