People & Culture Manager

About the role

AiDASH is looking for a People & Culture Manager who will partner with business leaders to shape people practices that drive real impact. The role focuses on understanding the business, its people, and translating insights into practical decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Spend time learning the business context, value creation, team challenges, and employee motivations before shaping people practices.
• Act as a true business partner, asking hard questions and offering people‑related advice grounded in business reality.
• Own and evolve the performance management ecosystem from goal setting to feedback and outcomes.
• Develop compensation philosophy, salary bands, and reward structures, guiding stakeholders through fair trade‑offs.
• Lead behavioural fitment interviews and hiring decisions, assessing capability and cultural fit.
• Maintain P&C policies and compliance with a sense of responsibility, not rigidity.
• Use people data to identify patterns in attrition, engagement, performance, and growth, turning them into actionable insights.

Required profile

• Recognised for understanding both business dynamics and the pulse of employees on the ground.
• Trusted by business members for judgment on people decisions.
• Provides intentional, proactive advice rather than reactive responses.
• Demonstrates natural ownership without needing reminders.
• Balances speed and thoughtful deliberation as situations demand.
