People & Culture Manager – Build an Organization

About the role

We are a fast‑growing FMCG company transitioning from a founder‑driven model to a professionally managed organization. As the People & Culture Manager, you will design and implement the entire HR function, creating systems that enable rapid scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a world‑class recruitment engine to attract top talent.
• Design and roll out performance management frameworks, including KPIs and KRAs.
• Create HR policies, SOPs, and an employee handbook.
• Build a learning and development program aligned with business goals.
• Lead leadership hiring, succession planning, and talent development.
• Implement HR dashboards and analytics for data‑driven decisions.
• Foster a high‑performance culture that scales with growth.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, or cosmetics.
• Proven track record in recruitment, organization development, and performance management.
• Hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset with a passion for building systems from scratch.
• Ability to work directly with the founder and influence strategic decisions.
