Part‑time Remote Country Manager (Infrastructure & Mobility)

About the role

The Country Manager will lead HPIPL’s strategic and operational activities for an assigned country or region on a part‑time, remote basis. You will shape market entry, drive growth, and ensure successful delivery of parking infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with partners, clients, and government bodies.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and technical teams to implement parking solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, regulatory changes, and customer feedback to inform decisions.
• Report performance metrics, manage budgets, and represent HPIPL in industry forums, meetings, and negotiations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in country or regional management, business development, or strategic leadership, preferably in infrastructure, mobility, or technology sectors.
• Strong market analysis, forecasting, and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in professional English.
• Solid understanding of project coordination, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Knowledge of parking infrastructure, smart‑city or urban mobility ecosystems is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities part‑time, and travel occasionally if required.
