About the role

This position is for a skilled road and pavement worker who will join a young, dynamic team in a growing construction company. The role involves preparing and maintaining public roadways, sidewalks, and related infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Backfilling excavations and trenches and preparing foundations for roads and sidewalks.
• Installing and repairing road and sidewalk surfacing (asphalt, paving stones, slabs, gravel, etc.).
• Installing and repairing linear elements such as curbs and water channels, prefabricated or custom.
• Installing and repairing drainage channels and catch basins.
• Performing small masonry tasks, including building low walls and constructing inspection chambers.

Required profile

• Proficient with a variety of construction materials (concrete, stone, brick) and associated equipment.
• Dynamic, courageous, meticulous, and attentive to detail.
• Enjoys teamwork and collaborative environments.
• Possesses a valid driving licence (category B) and, preferably, a VCA certification.
