Outbound Telemarketer – Insurance Products

About the role

INVESTINSURE is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Telemarketer in Matunga, Mumbai. You will contact prospective and existing clients by phone to introduce high‑commission insurance products, explain their benefits and generate interest.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce insurance products and explain benefits.
• Qualify leads, schedule appointments for advisors and maintain accurate call and customer records.
• Follow up on inquiries, support conversions and meet daily/weekly performance targets.
• Adhere to call scripts and compliance guidelines while collaborating with the sales team.
• Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging diverse clients over the phone.
• Customer‑service mindset to address inquiries, build trust and deliver a positive experience.
• Sales aptitude to persuade prospects, handle objections and assist closing opportunities.
• Comfort with high call volumes and a target‑driven environment.
• Basic education – high school diploma or equivalent; further business or finance education is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for logging calls and managing customer data.
• Basic computer skills for using standard office applications.
