Outbound Telecaller – Lead Generation & Financial Products

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outbound Telecaller to connect with prospective customers, promote financial products and generate qualified leads. You will work with provided lead lists and help prospects understand loan and financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using supplied lead lists.
• Explain and promote financial products and loan services clearly and convincingly.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Handle basic objections, answer queries, and guide prospects toward conversion.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.
• Follow up with interested prospects to improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team to schedule appointments and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales or inside sales.
• Experience in banking or fintech is a plus.
• Strong communication and convincing abilities.
• Target‑oriented and result‑driven mindset.
