Outbound Sales Consultant – Remote (Commission Only)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced outbound sales professional to promote a range of training and mentoring programmes. This fully remote, self‑employed position rewards success with uncapped commission and offers the freedom to manage your own pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients for training courses.
• Generate qualified leads through proactive prospecting.
• Make at least 100 outbound cold calls per day.
• Present training programmes confidently and build rapport with decision‑makers.
• Convert enquiries into paying customers and meet weekly performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, and outbound sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Residence within the United Kingdom.
