Order Processing Analyst

About the role

Bottomline is seeking an Order Processing Analyst to ensure accurate review and setup of customer contracts, manage invoicing control points, and reconcile order, revenue, and billing results. The role supports month‑end and quarter‑end close activities and contributes to system improvements and automation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and review customer orders and contracts in CRM and ERP systems.
• Manage internal mailbox for invoices requiring manual intervention.
• Maintain client purchase order, address, and contact details.
• Trigger contract commencement dates and coordinate hardware replacement requests.
• Ensure accurate order creation in the billing platform and coordinate invoice accuracy with billing teams.
• Support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities related to order processing and revenue operations.
• Monitor order queues, resolve errors promptly, and maintain high data accuracy across systems.
• Document SOPs, workflows, and operational checklists for order management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Order Management and Billing.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and learn internal control systems.
• Shift schedule includes hybrid work: 2 days onsite, remote the rest of the week.
