Order Management & Procurement Professional

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Order Management & Procurement Professional to oversee end‑to‑end procurement, order management and inbound logistics. The role works closely with internal teams, affiliate factories, freight forwarders, customs agencies and warehouses to keep the supply chain running smoothly and meet customer and project deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement of materials from Siemens affiliates and approved sources, creating and maintaining purchase orders based on MRP requirements.
• Execute procurement for Sales Orders, HSS, TCS, FTWZ and Project Orders, adjusting plans to sales forecasts and project schedules.
• Expedite purchase orders and monitor supplier commitments using PEGA and other tools.
• Maintain material master data, info records, source lists, planned delivery and goods receipt times, ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinate inbound logistics with freight forwarders, customs, EXIM teams and transport partners, planning sea and air shipments.
• Identify freight optimization opportunities while complying with customs and internal governance.
• Utilize DASH tools (E2EDM, DIM, DIA) for operational governance, audit support and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 3‑7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, order management or logistics.
• Strong functional expertise in procurement processes and logistics governance.
