Oracle HCM Product Owner – Immediate Joiner

About the role

The Oracle Fusion HCM Product Owner will lead the enterprise Oracle Cloud HCM platform, ensuring it aligns with the organization’s HR strategy, compliance needs, and evolving employee experience. This role acts as the central liaison between HR leadership, Corporate IT, and external vendors, driving a stable, scalable, and AI‑enhanced HCM ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion HCM product vision, roadmap, and AI‑enabled capabilities.
• Align platform functionality with business strategy, HR transformation goals, and workforce priorities.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to translate business needs into prioritized HCM requirements.
• Manage the enhancement, defect, and AI‑adoption backlog; lead sprint planning, refinement, and reviews in Agile or hybrid models.
• Provide functional leadership across core HR, recruiting, learning, compensation, payroll, benefits, time & labor, and absence management modules.
• Enable and govern Oracle‑embedded AI features such as Skills Cloud, AI‑driven recruiting, personalized learning, and Oracle Digital Assistant.
• Ensure data readiness and responsible AI governance to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product ownership or product management of enterprise HR technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of HR processes (core HR, talent acquisition, learning, compensation, payroll, benefits).
• Ability to collaborate with senior HR and IT stakeholders and drive consensus on product decisions.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Track record of delivering AI‑enabled solutions that improve efficiency and decision quality.
