Ops Senior Specialist – Onboarding (GCC)

About the role

The Ops Senior Specialist – Onboarding (GCC) will act as the subject‑matter expert for the ACM process and support onboarding activities across multiple regions. Reporting to the Associate Manager, the role combines production management, project delivery and business‑as‑usual changes within the ACE team.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding, off‑boarding and maintenance of institutional customers on core systems and channel platforms.
• Coordinate with teams in AU, SG, HK, IN, Laos, PH, PNG and VN to meet business deliverables.
• Perform 4‑eye checks, manage escalations and ensure 100 % delivery quality.
• Utilise resources efficiently and drive process improvements that reduce incidents and boost customer satisfaction.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders and ensure compliance with internal and external control obligations.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in the banking sector.
• At least 5 years of experience in client onboarding and account maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of operational functions related to account and channel setup.
