About the role
The Operations Team Lead oversees daily inbound and outbound activities at a fast‑paced fulfillment centre, ensuring goods are received, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time. This role combines team leadership with workflow optimisation to meet high service standards for ultra‑fast delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise inbound processes such as receiving, inventory verification and storage.
- Manage outbound functions including order processing, packing and shipping.
- Assign tasks, monitor team performance and ensure adherence to KPIs.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards and quality requirements.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows.
- Train, mentor and develop team members.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 + year experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work in a high‑tempo, deadline‑driven setting.
