About the role
The Operations Staff – PLW 2 supports day‑to‑day activities in Blue Dart’s service centres, hubs, processing units and warehouses. Working on inbound or outbound shifts, the employee ensures shipments are handled efficiently and moved across the network while meeting safety and service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, sort, scan, bag, tag, load and unload shipments.
- Perform shipment reconciliation and accurate data entry.
- Follow operational procedures, safety guidelines and service commitments.
- Maintain shipment accuracy and operational productivity.
- Support efficient movement of parcels across the network.
Required profile
- Front‑line operations employee comfortable with shift work.
- Willing to travel up to 25‑50% as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
