Operations Staff – Hub (Inbound/Outbound)

About the role

The Operations Staff member supports day‑to‑day activities in Blue Dart’s service centres, hubs, processing units and warehouses. You will ensure shipments are handled, processed and moved efficiently across the network while adhering to safety and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, sort, scan, bag, tag, load and unload shipments.
• Perform shipment reconciliation and accurate data entry.
• Maintain shipment accuracy and operational productivity.
• Follow operational procedures, safety guidelines and service commitments.
• Assist with inbound and outbound shift coordination as required.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Willingness to work flexible shift patterns, including inbound or outbound shifts.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Basic computer literacy for data entry and scanning.
