Operations Manager – Multi‑Unit Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise daily operations across multiple restaurant outlets in Gurgaon. The role focuses on delivering operational excellence, high‑quality customer experiences, and consistent business performance while supporting growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across all outlets to ensure smooth performance.
• Implement standardised processes, SOPs and quality‑control measures.
• Monitor operational metrics, identify improvement areas and drive corrective actions.
• Lead, mentor and manage outlet managers and operational teams.
• Coordinate with procurement, supply‑chain, kitchen and support functions to maintain uninterrupted service.
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships and control operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with food‑safety, hygiene and statutory regulations.
• Analyse business performance through MIS reports and dashboards.
• Plan workforce needs, monitor productivity and support training initiatives.
• Drive process‑improvement projects to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on new outlet launches and expansion plans.

Required profile

• 4+ years of operations management experience in restaurant, hospitality, food‑service or retail.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑unit operations and optimise processes.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
• Excellent understanding of customer‑service standards and compliance requirements.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
