About the role

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage professional and support‑level employees within manufacturing.
• Ensure production volumes, schedules, cost targets, and quality standards are met.
• Oversee safety performance, employee training, and morale.
• Act as senior management representative during off‑hours, holidays, and night shifts as needed.
• Drive compliance with established manufacturing principles and handle complex, non‑routine inquiries.
