Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end order fulfillment for Curefit’s fitness products across multiple marketplace partners such as Amazon, Swiggy and Myntra. You will ensure that purchase orders are accurately processed, inventory is optimally allocated and deliveries meet the company’s service-level commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Download, validate and process purchase orders from B2B and marketplace channels, checking commercial details (GST, HSN codes, pricing, etc.).
• Plan order fulfilment based on real-time inventory across warehouses and create sales orders in the ERP system.
• Schedule delivery appointments with channel partners, monitor timelines and prevent penalties or cancellations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to guarantee timely picking, packing, dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with channel operations teams, handling appointment changes and exceptions.
• Track out-of-stock SKUs, work with sourcing to replenish critical items and improve fill rates.
• Publish daily operational dashboards covering delivered orders, pending shipments and key metrics.
• Own and improve fulfilment KPIs such as OTIF, fill rate, dispatch adherence and order cancellation rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in order management, logistics or supply-chain operations, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems and order-processing platforms.
• Knowledge of marketplace vendor portals (e.g., Amazon Vendor Portal).
• Understanding of GST, HSN codes and basic commercial validation.
