Operations Manager

About the role

Kyoto Beverages is seeking an experienced Manager to lead daily operations at its Delhi outlet. Based in Malviya Nagar, this full‑time, on‑site position will drive sales performance, oversee inventory, and ensure a seamless supply‑chain flow while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and customers.
• Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and supply‑chain coordination.
• Lead, train, and schedule staff to ensure high productivity and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and make data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leadership, team management, and employee development.
• Strong background in inventory management, supply‑chain coordination, and operational planning.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to solve problems and apply data‑driven decision‑making.
• Familiarity with Japanese culture, tea, or culinary traditions is a plus.
