Operations Manager – IT Services

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking an Operations Manager for its IT Services portfolio in Bangalore. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end operational performance, service delivery excellence, and driving automation and efficiency across multiple clusters.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end operational performance for the IT Services portfolio and ensure ≥98% KPI compliance.
• Monitor service metrics (OTDQ, DFDQ, CI/CD, Scrum outcomes) and run portfolio‑level governance forums.
• Design and enforce standardized processes, tools, dashboards, and SOPs across accounts and clusters.
• Identify and drive automation opportunities (RPA, AI) to improve resource utilization to ≥85% and reduce repeat issues.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction, manage escalations, and fulfill contractual obligations.
• Directly manage and develop 3–4 Service Delivery Managers, drive performance, and maintain attrition below 10%.
• Operationalize harmonized delivery models, promote a reuse‑first mindset, and support cross‑cluster integration.
