Systems Administrator – Windows, Azure AD & Microsoft 365

About the role

We are seeking a Level 2 Systems Engineer to provide hands‑on support for Windows, Azure AD, Intune and Microsoft 365 environments. The role involves troubleshooting complex incidents, managing user identities, and ensuring secure, stable end‑user computing services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for Windows server and desktop environments using Intune.
• Manage and troubleshoot Azure AD, hybrid identity, and synchronization issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint Online.
• Handle user provisioning, de‑provisioning, group management and access control.
• Investigate and resolve authentication, mailbox, device compliance and collaboration tool incidents.
• Monitor system health, perform patching, upgrades, hardening and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with Level 1, Level 3, vendors and cross‑functional IT teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Typically 5‑6 years of relevant experience in Windows, Intune, Azure AD and O365 support.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows administration and troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure AD, Intune and hybrid identity environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and authentication mechanisms.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting.
