About the role
The Operations Manager will oversee daily back‑office activities for a food‑industry business, ensuring smooth coordination across departments and accurate reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily back‑office operations, including MIS and documentation.
- Maintain and prepare reports for management on a daily and weekly basis.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Handle data management, follow‑up tasks, and monitor orders, records, and office activities.
- Drive process improvement and workflow optimisation initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
