Operations Executive – SSD 3P Fulfillment

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to oversee multiple SSD 3P fulfillment centres. You will monitor performance, design processes and ensure compliance while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor UTR operations (FC+ LM) across assigned 3P SSD sites and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with 3P partners on S&OP planning, headcount planning, quality metrics and related parameters.
• Act as liaison between internal and external stakeholders, respecting objectives, limits, compliance and data privacy.
• Visit sites to verify operational conformance, restrictions and norms.
• Conduct monthly audits of 3P sites and ensure each assigned site is visited at least once per month.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight shifts, and travel to stores to design, set up and monitor 3P operations.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in a customer‑facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Excel.
