Operations Executive

About the role

The Operations Executive will act as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants, handling inquiries and ensuring smooth service delivery. This role bridges the Services and Sales teams, supporting day‑to‑day operations and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and manage incoming calls and emails from property owners and tenants, providing accurate information and resolving complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with the Services Team to schedule and track service appointments.
• Liaise with the Sales Team to align on customer requirements and service delivery.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain and update customer records in the database, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Generate reports and summaries as required by the Services and Sales teams.
• Assist with preparing documentation and materials for service activities.
• Support the Services Team in tracking performance metrics and service outcomes.
• Handle other administrative tasks assigned by the Services Team Lead.
