Operations Engineer – Cloud & DevOps

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Engineer to join our Solution Operations team. The role focuses on ensuring system stability, driving operational excellence, and supporting end‑to‑end incident management across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full incident lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across global and local environments and lead root‑cause analysis initiatives.
• Apply DevOps best practices, maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) and develop automation scripts using Python or PowerShell.
• Monitor system health with cloud‑native and third‑party tools, identifying opportunities for proactive automation and stability improvements.
• Maintain strong understanding of applications, infrastructure and product architecture, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to operational standards.

Required skills

• Strong experience in IT Operations / Production Support.
• Hands‑on expertise with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab and GitHub.
• Scripting skills in Python and PowerShell.
• Experience in incident, problem and release management within SLA/KPI‑driven environments.
