Operations Administrator – SaaS Agile Platforms

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to own the administration, configuration, and support of our SaaS‑based Agile and collaboration tools – Rally (CA Agile Central), Jira, and Confluence. You will ensure these platforms run reliably, are well‑governed, and enable development and business teams to work efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure Rally, Jira, and Confluence, handling upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.
• Set up and maintain Jira projects, workflows, custom fields, dashboards, and security schemes; support Scrum/Kanban boards.
• Manage Confluence spaces, templates, and knowledge‑base structures while enforcing content governance.
• Configure Rally workspaces, artifacts, and Agile reporting dashboards.
• Provide L2/L3 incident management, root‑cause analysis, and user training.
• Implement and monitor integrations between the tools using REST APIs, plugins, and scripting.
• Track system performance, conduct audits, and produce usage and Agile metrics dashboards for leadership.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience administering Jira, Confluence, and Rally in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tool governance.
• Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and automate routine tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to support global user communities.
