OpenText Content Server / XECM Developer

About the role

Capgemini is looking for an experienced OpenText Content Server and Extended ECM (XECM) developer to design, implement and troubleshoot large‑scale integrated solutions for our clients. You will work within multi‑disciplinary, multicultural teams to deliver end‑to‑end ECM implementations that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and deploy complex OpenText Extended ECM solutions across client environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in integrated ECM architectures, including cloud and on‑premise components.
• Collaborate with global functional and technical teams to shape compelling solutions and ensure seamless integration with SuccessFactors, DocuSign and other enterprise applications.
• Lead consensus‑building activities and mentor junior team members without direct line authority.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with OpenText Content Server (22.x) and related components such as Archive Server and OTDS.
• Proven track record implementing XECM solutions for SuccessFactors, including cloud integration, PowerDocs template design and DocuSign linking.
• Strong understanding of workflow, forms and business validation processes within the XECM suite.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
