Onsite Executive – Real Estate Sales

About the role

Condivio, a fast‑growing real‑estate company, is looking for energetic Onsite Executives to join its Indore team. You will be the front‑line representative, meeting prospects, showcasing properties and converting leads into site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and convert real‑estate leads into scheduled site visits.
• Conduct property and project site tours for potential buyers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow‑ups.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth closures.

Required profile

• Passion for sales and real‑estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic and target‑oriented personality.
• Comfortable with customer meetings and site visits.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; prior sales or real‑estate experience is a plus.
