Online Doctor – Telemedicine Consultation (MBBS)

About the role

MeraDoc is seeking qualified medical professionals to provide virtual consultations through its 24/7 telemedicine platform. As an Online Doctor, you will evaluate patients remotely, deliver evidence‑based medical advice, and uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct video and audio consultations with patients via the MeraDoc platform.
• Assess symptoms, diagnose conditions, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy standards.
• Provide clear, empathetic communication in both English and Hindi.

Required profile

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the relevant State Medical Council.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on clinical experience.
• Reliable laptop or desktop with stable broadband/Wi‑Fi connectivity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
