About the role
We are looking for a dedicated O&M Site Operations Engineer to manage the day‑to‑day functioning of our site. You will ensure that operations run smoothly, maintain high performance standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain site operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise on site.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance overall site performance.
- Implement and uphold safety protocols to provide a secure working environment.
- Prepare and deliver regular operational reports to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in site operations and maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of O&M processes.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
