직무 소개

삼성물산은 인도 내 주요 PMCM 프로젝트에 투입될 시공관리자를 모집합니다. 현장 시공 활동을 총괄하며 안전·품질·일정·비용 목표를 달성하도록 이끌어야 합니다.

주요 업무

현장 동원 계획 수립 및 임시 시설·유틸리티·출입 통제 구축 조정
계약업체가 제출한 시공 방법론·공정 순서·자원 계획 검토
설계·조달·인허가 부서와 협업해 착공 선행 조건 충족 보장
승인된 도면·시방·일정에 따라 일일 시공 활동 감독 및 현장 점검 수행
다수 계약업체 간 인터페이스 조정 및 작업면 준비 상태 확인
리스크·제약·이탈 사항 식별·완화 조치 시행
주간·일일 조정 회의 주관 및 계약업체 진행 보고서·인력·장비·생산성 검증
품질 기준·검사·시험 계획·자재 승인 절차 준수 관리

지원 자격

건설 현장 관리 경험자(대형 프로젝트 우대)
시공 계획·현장 실행·품질·안전 관리에 대한 이해
다양한 이해관계자와 협업할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 능력

필수 역량

시공 방법론 및 공정 관리 지식
현장 안전·품질·규정 준수 역량
리스크 식별 및 완화 능력
