Office Cleaner – Full‑time (Madurai South)

About the role

BM Shipping & Logistics is seeking a reliable full‑time Cleaner to keep its Madurai South office environment spotless and hygienic. You will work on‑site, supporting staff and visitors by maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all areas.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, dust and wipe surfaces in offices, common areas and restrooms.
• Empty trash bins, replace liners and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, using equipment safely.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the facilities team promptly.
• Follow company health, safety and non‑discrimination policies at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and waste disposal.
• Understanding of basic hygiene and safety practices, including safe handling of cleaning materials.
• Attention to detail and commitment to a tidy, orderly workplace.
• Reliability in attendance, punctuality and following schedules.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend and lift light to moderate loads throughout the shift.
• Good communication skills and a respectful, cooperative attitude.
• Prior cleaning or facility‑maintenance experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
