Office Boy – Pantry Service & Delivery Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Office Boy to manage pantry services and coordinate deliveries within our office environment. The role requires punctuality, attention to hygiene, and a courteous attitude towards staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to employees and guests, ensuring quality and hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pantry, utensils, coffee machines, and storage areas in line with safety standards.
• Assist with refreshments during meetings, trainings, and events.
• Support the admin team with basic office tasks as assigned.
• Operate and care for pantry equipment, reporting any damage or malfunction promptly.
• Adhere to office timings, service schedules, and company policies.
• Maintain professional behaviour, confidentiality, and workplace etiquette.
• Coordinate with vendors and delivery personnel, receive and verify deliveries, organize stock, and keep accurate records of incoming items.
