o9 Training Lead – Global Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the global rollout of the o9 planning platform as part of Mondelēz International’s SAP S/4 Hana transformation. The role will design, deliver and continuously improve training programs for project teams, key users and end‑users across the AMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Define the overall o9 training strategy, curriculum and role‑based learning paths.
• Design and develop training content in collaboration with subject‑matter experts and the vendor team.
• Establish consistent ways of working across global, regional and business‑unit teams.
• Partner with the S/4 Hana Training Lead to align programs and create synergies.
• Implement a “train‑the‑trainer” model and deliver workshops, e‑learning and hands‑on sessions.
• Utilise Mondelēz’s Learning Management System to distribute materials, track progress and measure effectiveness.
• Maintain and update training documentation, manuals and multimedia assets, ensuring translation where required.
• Engage with stakeholders—including SMEs, project managers and vendors—to capture training needs and ensure alignment with project goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering large‑scale training programmes for enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4 Hana and o9 planning processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global, regional and local teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience managing vendor‑created content and multilingual training material.
