Nurse & Front Desk Manager

About the role

Aesthetica Veda is seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse who will also manage front‑desk operations at its HRBR Layout clinic in Bangalore. You will support doctors during consultations and cosmetic procedures while ensuring a smooth, patient‑focused experience from arrival to discharge.

Key responsibilities

• Assist consultants during patient consultations, minor procedures, and aesthetic treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and consumables, maintaining sterility.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, reporting any adverse reactions.
• Educate patients on pre‑ and post‑procedure care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and clinical documentation.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and coordinate restocking.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sterilisation, and infection‑control protocols.
• Handle minor emergencies, providing first‑response care and escalating when needed.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.

Required profile

• GNM or BSc Nursing degree from a recognised institution.
• Valid registration with the Nursing Council.
• Freshers welcome; experience in cosmetic, dermatology or aesthetic clinics is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient‑first attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for digital record keeping and scheduling tools.
