Nostro Risk Reporting Business Analyst

About the role

Capco is looking for a Nostro Risk Reporting Business Analyst to join its banking and financial services practice. The role will involve supporting large international and local banks on Nostro account reconciliation and risk reporting projects, helping clients transform their operations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, produce BRD/FRD documents and perform process mapping and gap analysis.
• Lead UAT activities, provide go‑live support and ensure successful delivery of Nostro reconciliation and risk reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with business, operations, technology teams and subject‑matter experts to align solutions with client needs.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in banking, financial services or capital markets with strong business analysis expertise.
• Hands‑on experience with Nostro accounts, Nostro reconciliation, risk reporting and static/reference data management.
• Good understanding of payments, banking operations and reconciliation processes.
• Experience working with static data, reference data and master data management (MDM) concepts.
