About the role

We are looking for an experienced Non‑IT Recruiter to join our team in Mysuru. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for non‑technical positions across India, ensuring quality hires are delivered within agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for non‑IT roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Draft and publish clear job descriptions on appropriate channels.
• Develop candidate personas and use diverse sourcing methods to build talent pipelines.
• Screen candidates, verify references, and assess fit against client requirements.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers in a compelling manner.
• Maintain regular communication with client SPOCs throughout each mandate.
• Leverage Ciel’s recruitment technology to keep candidate data up‑to‑date.
• Utilise social media and digital tools to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience in non‑IT recruitment.
• Strong ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
