This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Navi Mumbai and works the night shift. The Customer Service Representative will handle both inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide clear information about the company’s products and services. Key responsibilities

• Answer and place inbound/outbound customer calls.
• Resolve customer issues and document interactions in the system.
• Follow standard operating procedures and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain a professional tone and meet performance targets such as response time and satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth night‑shift operations.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English (and local languages as needed).
• Basic computer literacy with experience using CRM tools and call‑handling software.
• Approximately one year of experience in customer service, call centre, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Minimum high school diploma; a graduate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Ability to work night shifts on‑site, be punctual, and adapt to changing workloads.
