Network Security Architect

About the role

The Network Security Architect will ensure the reliable operation, configuration, and security of all network and security devices across the organization. You will work closely with IT teams, help‑desk staff, and third‑party vendors to maintain a robust and resilient infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, monitor, and operate network and security devices.
• Install, upgrade, and manage network components, applying patches and updates.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, document problems and resolutions, and assess impact.
• Perform backup operations, disaster‑recovery planning, and failover procedures.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, generate statistics, and produce reports.
• Administer end‑user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Support the service desk, manage tickets, and ensure timely resolution of network, security, and telephony incidents.
• Coordinate maintenance windows, hardware repairs, RMAs, and inventory control.
• Document configurations, system features, and site information for all locations.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to system support and high client satisfaction.
• Self‑motivated learner who can train others on technology used by the company.
• Excellent ticket management skills and ability to assess issue criticality.
• Ability to work with third‑party hardware and software providers.
