Neapolitan Pizza Chef

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Neapolitan Pizza Chef to join our bakery and pizzeria in Navi Mumbai. The successful candidate will craft authentic Neapolitan‑style pizzas, ensuring every pie meets our high standards of taste, texture and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Neapolitan‑style pizzas to order, managing dough, sauce and toppings.
• Maintain mise en place and operate pizza ovens, monitoring temperature and bake times.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team and front‑of‑house staff to deliver timely service.
• Uphold strict hygiene and food‑safety standards throughout preparation and service.
• Monitor inventory of pizza‑related ingredients and assist in menu development and specials.

Required profile

• Strong background in food preparation and cooking with hands‑on pizza‑making experience.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, on‑site kitchen and collaborate with a close‑knit team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail, reliability and a genuine passion for craft cooking.
