National Sales Assistant (Remote, Contract)

About the role

The National Sales Assistant will support HPIPL's nationwide sales function on a contract basis, working remotely. The role involves coordinating daily sales activities, handling customer and partner inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of leads, proposals, and interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, presentations and sales documentation for the sales team.
• Track sales pipelines, update CRM or internal systems, and generate performance reports.
• Respond to customer and partner queries via email and phone, routing requests to the appropriate sales personnel.
• Organise virtual meetings, product demos and coordinate with corporate and regional teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally.
• Foundational knowledge of sales processes, lead follow‑up and pipeline tracking.
• Administrative abilities for documentation, scheduling and reporting.
• Experience in B2B or infrastructure solutions, preferably in engineering, construction or technology‑driven products.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with good time‑management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM systems or similar database tools.
