Multiskilled Technician

About the role

Join our facilities team as a Multiskilled Technician, responsible for maintaining the operational integrity of our property. You will handle day‑to‑day service requests, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure all equipment and public areas remain functional and safe.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and resolve daily maintenance service requests.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across the property.
• Inspect and maintain public‑area fixtures, fittings, and equipment.
• Support electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and polishing works as required.
• Assist the shift in‑charge with scheduled maintenance activities.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with operational standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and operational issues.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Engineering Manager or Shift In‑charge.
