Multi‑Skilled Technician – Facility Maintenance

About the role

AVENTUS is seeking a Multi‑Skilled Technician to join its facility management team in Coimbatore. You will be responsible for keeping electrical and mechanical systems running smoothly in industrial and institutional environments, ensuring high equipment uptime.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Maintain DG sets, air‑conditioners, HVAC systems, pumps, motors and other utility assets.
• Carry out basic plumbing and civil maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules to maximise equipment availability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with safety procedures.

Required profile

• BE, Diploma or ITI in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in facility maintenance.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
