Multi‑Skill Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Multi‑Skill Maintenance Technician will join Hotel Kaushal Regency in Pachpadra to ensure all hotel equipment, guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house facilities operate smoothly. This full‑time, on‑site position involves routine inspections, preventive maintenance and rapid response to any technical issues that arise.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical and basic HVAC systems across the property.
• Respond to maintenance requests, diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimise downtime.
• Execute preventive‑maintenance schedules to extend asset life and reduce breakdowns.
• Maintain tools, spare‑parts inventory and accurate maintenance logs.
• Support renovation or upgrade projects and coordinate with external vendors when required.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Required profile

• Certificate, diploma or vocational training in mechanical, electrical or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures and proper use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read basic technical manuals, follow checklists and maintain records.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work shifts, weekends and on‑call as needed.
